Creation of a15 no. 1 and 2 bedroom apartment block infill development located within a traditional residential suburban street of Stafford designated to sit within the existing Victorian and 1930’s semi vernacular. This is designed to replace the existing Victorian Red Cross building which is currently housed on the site.
