Our clients brief was to demolish the existing dwelling located on it and relocate the tennis court adjacent to their current property, for their private use. This would then make way to develop three individual Architect designed, five bedroom detached dwellings, with private driveway access off Hargreaves Lane.
Each house was required to be traditional in style, to compliment the existing suburban fabric and character of Rowley Park.
