This development, constructed in the vernacular architectural style, consists of five three bedroom cottage type dwellings.
These new dwellings are located on the former farm yard area, which forms a small in-fill development between Hay Manor farm barns and the existing adjacent Colton village housing. The site consists of two house type designs, the character for which has been developed in consultation with the Planning Authority. The style of which reflects the size, scale, details and materials of the adjacent barn architecture.
