Graduated from Leicester Polytechnic School of Architecture in 1992. He worked in private practice offices between 1980 and 1997, gaining experience in a wide range of commercial, industrial, leisure and residential developments, including fast track design and build projects. He joined Horsley Huber & Associates in 1997, and was appointed a director in 2005.
