Description

Our link with Burton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust spans over 20 years. Projects have ranged from alterations to numerous wards and departments, and a new Catheter Laboratory and Cardiac Clinic.

Most recently we have been developing a major ward reconfiguration proposal that includes the complete reorganisation of the A&E department, a new EAU, paediatric clinic and an Ante-Natal clinic.

At the same time we are developing proposals to rejuvenate the 1960's Outpatients Department by introducing improved ventilation and lighting, increased insulation and sun-shading, and a revitalising of the public areas.

The proposal includes a new modular built Catheter Laboratory and Chest Pain Clinic. Situated within an existing courtyard and linked through to the existing cardiac ward to create an integrated department.

This project involved the refurbishment of existing treatment rooms to create a new Colposcopy Treatment unit. The new unit incorporates recovery, changing and office accommodation.

Refurbishment of an existing ward space to create a new Haematology Suite incorporating cubicle day care bays.
