This design for a new residential development close to Guildford Station comprises 177 flats and two floors of commercial office space. 

In order to meet the required level within Code for Sustainable Homes and fulfil planning requirements a number of measures were incorporated into the design including the provision of a biomass boiler and rainwater attenuation integrated into the podium deck.
