The top two storeys of the building will be set back along the street facades to reduce the apparent height of the building by
obscuring them from view when seen from Hatfields and Stamford Street.. The floor plans are arranged around an open atrium
which extends to the full height of the building. The access corridors overlook the atrium which will provide natural light and
ventilation. The upper two storeys will have the benefit of open roof gardens which is a direct benefit of setting the floors back
from the face of the building. The building will be roofed with an inward falling standing seam metal
roof. more
