In addition we are able to advise and assist
with procedures and information required by funding
authorities, particularly for educational
buildings, to promote the smooth progress of
projects. Our longstanding working relationships
with the DfEE assists in the resolution of

Management Procedures
All projects are under the close supervision of a
director ensuring direct contact at top level
for clients and members of the design team for discussion
on matters of principle or detail at any stage.
This detailed involvement of a director
continues throughout the life of the project. In
addition, a clearly identified associate or
other senior member of staff heads the support
teams necessary to carry out the projects.
As part of the management of the project our
strategy is based upon tight control of both
programme and costs, together with ensuring that
the completed building is both stimulating
and functional.The directors are always pleased to
offer advice in response to specific enquiries and welcome
the opportunity to show buildings which have
already been completed.
Planning Supervisor Services
Horsley Huber Architects are able to offer a
full service as Planning Supervisors. We
have now completed numerous education projects solely
as planning supervisors.
