The site was formerly occupied by a much smaller 1950’s property which did not fully use the potential of the land it had available to it. We developed a brief for a home which provided a design that catered for a modern family lifestyle which incorporates flexible living spaces within an architectural form which attempts to bridge the gap between traditional and contemporary style.

The site is adjacent to Cannock Chase which is designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty.
