An existing building, Tayleur House, is retained and over seventy car parking spaces are provided. Whilst still leaving space for developing large garden areas around the building, particularly near the dayrooms and physiotherapy.

The hospital provides a thirty bed ward, with adjacent therapy and xray facilities available for outpatients and connected to the consulting suite in Tayleur House.
