The art department has been designed as a series of interlinking studios on two levels. The close proximity of adjacent classes brings the department together and enables a cross flow of ideas and inspiration.

Providing new accommodation for the faculties of performing arts, music and art, the building is designed to afford the maximum teaching space by interlinking studios which has produced an interesting and unusual building form
