of an existing car park situated adjacent to
the main hospital site complex.
From an architectural
perspective a highly innovative design could
be realised, with increasingly bigger and
then decreasingly smaller floor footprints,
thereby realising the biggest possible
functional area and maximum natural light
and ventilation to the building with the
introduction of a central atrium.
